I dispise questionares also .. Id rather have the direct answers Myself that way no if and or buts can be in there ..My opinion...

Let me get this right...in addition to the obvious issues I have with my street address being given out to anyone I haven't met (and even to a good number of those I have), information regarding family members, and all that, the picture I send to someone I don't know from Adam should be nude? You're kidding, right?

Very definitely a wonderful example of why conversation is a good thing.

without reading 5 pages...

i once filled out a sheet like that for a Dom... if i had a copy, i wouldn't hesitate to send it along.
alas, i dont

anyway... it was very detailed... asked me if i liked something... then how much (a number 1-5) and then if i hadn't tried it yet, did i want to.. all on excel with drop down menus... and so many different things that i had to look half of them up to know what they were.

it was a great tool for me as a submissive to learn about myself and provide that information for my Dom.

what a terrible terrible questionaire. that was nothing like what mine looked like.

i would never fill out anything that looked like that.

mine was much more... tasteful... yet covered all the basic areas of interest and allowed me to really expand myself as a submissive with the man who asked me to fill it out.
