I'm sure we've all seen the plethora of dominant women profiles that require tribute and deny the possibility of sexual gratification, but most of the other profiles that I've seen seem to say things like "don't assume sex"
Personally, while I do usually associate BDSM with sex in some way, I am not really looking for either. I know it's not a very manly thing to say, but at the end of the day all I really want is to spend time with somebody that isn't exclusively interested in getting in my pants. I like to think of myself as more than just a breeder and I prefer to associate with other people that also think so. If they like BDSM, that's great. If not, that's fine too. Of course, I'm not saying I dislike sex. I'm just saying that I prefer that sex not be the primary reason for somebody to be interested in me.
Women statistically tend to receive a larger number of superficial advances, so I think it's reasonable for some of them to be a bit frustrated and try to cut down on the amount of HNG mail. I would venture that what you are reading as "no sex" is probably most often meant more as "not just sex"
