But does this strike anyone else as a particularly bad combination when you look at both these reports? Even if it was a society of aliens, from across the universe I'd say it doesn't bode well for them. Women are 3.6-4 points lower on IQ scores, recent tests show brain size when adjusted for body weight is actually smaller not larger, and men tend to yield to their judgement. 4 points isn't a huge difference, but I wonder what the future will hold for our species just the same.

One does not need a large amount of brain when One uses common sense and logic---for you see We do not fill it with cock jerk off thoughts so We do not need as much room and there is currently no test for common sense because only women would pass.

The interviewer who did the story berated the psychologist who led the study, and obviously it's very unpopular as an opinion. The point is, what if it's true? Certainly we'll see further studies since it's getting big headlines. I personally never suspected such a thing, though if I was going to play into your stereotype of the woman basher I could say "though it could answer certain questions". I'm not here to impress anyone, and I'm not looking for a mate, but I am curious especially since BDSM is so power structure and sexuality centric what the collarme people might think.

I never said I devalue someone based on their smarts, or that someone with a 124 IQ for example shouldn't date someone with a 120 IQ regardless of which gender is which. I'm talking about what this means about society overall.

I didn't bother to read those news articles, size of the brain doesn't determine thinking power....imagine computers as an example.....just because a computer is smaller doesn't mean it will have less processing power......it is an indicator though that if all things are equal, the bigger brains will do more..... With regard to intelligence, men fall on the extremes. If on a bell curve, there are more women in the center, and alot of men fall there too, but men also fall on the extremes more often... perhaps we do fall 4 IQ points higher on average, its such a small margin its making mountains out of moehills..... There are definitive differences about the sexes, yet it hardly makes one better than the other.....

See, my question, is, is this the truth or is there a Bush plot to repeal women's right to vote next? He's been removing other human rights, maybe this is the next step.

I dunno, I rubbed my two meager brain cells together and read some Stephen Jay Gould once. Elephants also have way bigger brains than either of us, so it dismays me to look at the world and think we're all not letting them take over.

The male and female brains do not function in exactly the same way. They are hard-wired differently, with women, for example, having greater left-right brain connection than men. And, much like other parts of the male body, having a big one does not automatically mean you know how to use it.

Women make .77 for every $1.00 men earn, for comparable education/skill/experience level. This issue deserves its own thread.
