Are there woman-hating men and man-hating women in the "Scene?" Of course. Are they limited to dominant types? No. There are submissive men who hate women and submissive women who hate men. At the same time, I don't think that either group of "haters" have the wherewithal to make it in the community in any substantial way. I imagine that a large number of the Doms whose approach is limited to "get on your knees bitch! send me naked pictures! turn on your web cam!" are women-haters. I also think that their initial approach reflects the limit of their creative abilities. In short, their hatred drives them into approaches that few submissive women find attractive. Similarly, a can understand how a real man-hating female might find the idea of Femdom quite attractive. But attracting a male sub to her particular hate-oriented fantasies is a different thing altogether.

I don't hate anyone, male or female; however, I loathe open cheaters that admit that they are cheating via online or real time. They have no clue how much they are really hurting their spouce and family. As far as male or females, I have no problem with either of them. Regards, MissSCD

Misogyny kept me away from this lifestyle as an organized "thing" for quite some time. Most of the people I met who espoused it seemed to be men who had real issues with women (usually, their mother). I don't see BDSM as an act of love. I see it as a somewhat enjoyable activity that I find comparible to bowling or something. Obviously, that means I don't engage in BDSM activities, very much with my submissives.
