ORIGINAL: SeeksOnlyOne "While it is for the criminal justice system to determine your guilt or innocence, it is my responsibility as commissioner of the National Football League to determine whether your conduct, even if not criminal, nonetheless violated league policies, including the Personal Conduct Policy," Goodell said in a letter to the quarterback. Story - NFL Orders Vick to Stay Out of Camp - AOL News maybe the nfl will do what the falcons cant seem to do.... The NFL has a fiscal responsibility to their shareholders. Allowing Michael Vick, innocent or guilty, will cause tremendous losses in revenue for a corporate entity. Allowing this sort of activity would make the NFL liable and open to criminal and civil lawsuits from their shareholders. Michael Vick can ultimately sue for lost wages, defamation of character, and might actually win. But... That does not mean the NFL has to let him play. While it is a court of law which will decide whether he broke the law, it is the court of public opinion that will decide whether he can keep his job. Sinergy
