This is nothing more then a major cop out you can use it to rationalise things all you want the truth is it is still still a crock, totaly and completley not true, just seems like people are grasping at the air to explain away something that is not right.

I've always been told that many corporations will not promote most women past a certain point simply because the company is afraid the woman will become pregnant and want time off, therefore they would have to find a replacement.

No, it's a terrible double standard.

It leaves the men tired, the women broke, and the lesbians completely confused.

Life isn't fair and frankly, nobody said it would be. the roles appear to be driven by supply and demand, just like most things.

In my case, I make more money than Master but he handles paying all the bills and where I shop. He's never limited me any other way regarding money but then too I don't go out and spend crazy either. As he says, He handles the money and I handle the house.

why not just go out invent something become the martha stweart of next generation. there are alot of women who over come this i read a article to why this happens it because they are not agressive enough to demand raises this was on msn a couple of weeks
