I looked at the pic, and personally, I feel that it is tasteful. There is nothing about it that screams "I'm going to jerk off at my computer now". LOL! Anyway, as I said it was tasteful, and it leaves enough up to the imagination too. And on another positive note, it should leave people wanting to know more. Well done!!

But I mean, it's your personal life, not your work life, and as long as the work life is not going to be or is not currently being affected by your personal life why should HR care?! What a joke!! What happened to the best qualified candidate would get the job instead of the candidate whose morals closest match your own gets the job? Damn people are ignorant....

Actually, I think you had the correct name. I believe the anatomical term for those muscles are in fact the "spiffy back muscle" and the "chest muscle". And I believe they are connected to the thigh bone, if I remember the song correctly. Yes, my semester of med school in junior high school paid off finally.

Status: offline 		Personally, I love to see a male in good shape in jeans, and preferably no shirt, r a pened button down. I find it incredibly sexy. I dont necessarily think they have to be in modelesque shape, but preferably not with a beer gut.
However, seeing a topless guy doesnt set off alarms for me for what they might be doing.  After all, anyone with a good number of male friends knows men want to be shirtless. Its cooler, its more comfortable, and they have no reason not to be. I have male relatives and friends who consider casual wear no shirt and no shoes. So, for me, when I see topless men, its just boys being boys. The better the look the more I like it... but it isnt a turn OFF for them to be that way.
NOW if it goes too far south... yeah. Thats a turn off.
As my best friends mother said to us once, we were 12 and asked what a penis looked like.

thanks lateralist (and slaveish).  i just took a quick snap while holding the camera in front of me. that's why it's too close.  i could have used the timer and taken it further away, but i forgot how to set it and didn't feel like reading the manual!  hmmm,  England huh?  sounds kool.  i loved Europe when i visited a couple of times, but unfortunately haven't made it to England yet.  (you wouldn't want my trousers to fall off now, would ya?)

It’s an interesting question but the answer to it is that the majority get to decide on the laws of conduct and not the minority. There was this documentary about a man that walked the length of the UK naked he was arrested so many times on his way. His argument was that nudity had nothing to do with sex and was perfectly natural. I can understand though that he made those people whose towns he walked through uncomfortable and they get to decide as a majority what the laws of society should be not the man himself. Although when you view a profile you are entering that individual’s belief system, within reason. If you clicked on the profile and found it not to be to your taste there are so many others to try instead. I can’t really comment on how people get upset by the types of things they see or read in profiles and feel the need to make a judgment or I’d be here all year.

Status: offline 		I just wanted to mention, that the profiles just appear when you click to go to the home page of this site.  I really didn't go looking for them.  I am not so upset, that it would ruin my day, nor am I upset enough to write to them all & tell them I didn't like their profile pics.  They can put whatever they want on them. 

Generally, when I don't like the profile pic that pops up, I just refresh the screen & a new one comes up.

If someone doesn't agree with my opinion, that is fine.  I was just curious as to whether the majority of others on here shared my opinion, or not.  Either way, I think for the most part we had a very nice discussion on the topic.   It is very enlightening to be able to discuss differing points of view without anyone being looked on negatively for the opinions they hold.  I love learning new things, & hearing what others think, if we can all share in a respectful manner with one another.
