It's all very easy to participate. Just think yourself to be anywhere, anything, anyone, any time you'd like to be, and you're there. The first time is a bit unnerving as you undo all of the molecular bonds that tie you to a specific physcial place and time. Once you get used to that, the rest is, as they say, a piece of cake.
Enjoy! I would caution you, though, that if you wander amongst the A sector of the continuum, they might get perturbed if you try to exert some sort of control over any of their realms and universes. They believe in strict non-interference. Because I didn't agree, I got my transfer out of A sector. I'm good though, and so are you. :)
