Well i really do hope You find her..  i used to be between a size 7 - 8 and it doesn't mean i can't be again.  i have also been working on it.  Long story as to why i am at this weight, but it shouldn't matter.  It's to bad, because You did say You'd have a personal trainer for your submissive.. that doesn't mean i can't get the help from the trainer and in fact that would help immensely.
