Are the instructions the same? And where is this private forum? Is the location given after you recieve your Grand Poobah certification?

Shoot, I just figured out what the handbook was, and now I have doubts about being a TWUE WEAL DOMME again, because I was never told about a forum, or any of those requirements.....gheez, Dusty, LA, BlkTallFullfig, was that forum info in your books???
