I have not read the responses, but I disagree with your statement (and have a feeling that many others did as well, since so few like to be "categorized and easily referenced"), because I am none of these things.
My category is more like...the woman who submitted out of love and respect to the person she was with, without hesitation, because it pleased her to do so- and in turned pleased him, doubling her own joy. No guilt, low self-esteem, desire for pain or stress relief necessary.
