Status: offline 		It can be done... I just have to go back through my old photography notes. It'll give me something to do this afternoon (while working on other things). As soon as I remember, I'll let you know.

I definitely want to see a UV tatt... I have never seen one of those before.

And thank you, sappatoti. I hope to have a garden theme on my back, by the time I am done. Smaller flowers and vines, though, in a trellis pattern.

Finished going through my old notes...

You will need to have a blacklight source and a UV filter to affix to the end of your camera lens. From there it's just a matter of experimentation with the balance of UV to ambient room lighting, "film ISOs", shutter speeds, aperture openings,... all the good stuff one goes through to perfect a still life photo.

The blacklight will make your UV pigments pop into fluorescent visuals. The UV filter is needed so the UV light is filtered out before reaching the focal plane of the camera. Without the UV filter in place, the UV light from the blacklight may simply wash out the image.

Have fun! :)

Yeah... I knew it would be complicated! All that and it's on my shoulder so someone else will have to pull the trigger...

And then there is this tattoo that you CAN see... Not the greatest quality image, it was actually taken to display my "hardware upgrade"

Status: offline 		Cuff, when you hit the "reply" button, and the box comes up, look at the gray buttons just above the typing box.
Click the one that says "link", and another little box will come up.
In this second box, the second line says URL*. (your photo needs to be uploaded onto a webpage somewhere).
Copy the URL address of where your picture is stored and paste it into this blank on the little box, then hit OK.
No need to enter any other info.
And it will automatically put the link on your post so we can all perv you......over and over .....**grins**

I couldn't tell from the pic, but it looks as if your tatt is fairly well detailed. That's a nice one too.

OK... not only am I a recovering boobaholic, now I'm beginning to develop a thing for body art. Who'd a thought?
