Depends on what you're looking up and what you're doing online.

The basic rule of law is that thought is not a crime.  Fantasies are not illegal.  How we act in response to those fantasies, however, can be.

Certain types of pornography are illegal to posses or distribute, for example.

As long as you confine yourself to legal activities, you should have no worries.

You pretty much can't even think about CP.  Or write about it. Or google it. Or save it. Or publish it. Or ask for it. Or ask where to find it. Or say you are interested in it. Or say you might possibly be interested in it.

People tend to take that sort of thing very seriously.  Roleplaying is one thing, actual CP is a whole different ballgame.

shellzbythesea has either removed her profile or had it removed.

Somebody is trolling and looking for trouble.

The basic idea is that thoughts are not illegal, acting them out may be.

If this activity is illegal, getting porn of it is encouraging someone else to do it and film it, so yes, it will be illegal.

If it aint illegal, download away.

NOPE.  Nothing so sinister my friend.  But, funny...that's EXACTLY how i'd think.

However, shellzbythesea has only been on this site since May of this year and was then placed "under consideration" a couple weeks ago.  THEN, she found another sub's ad stating that SHE belonged to a Dom...guess which one?  The one that shellzbythesea was "under consideration" from. SO, feel free to look at that recent thread regarding that topic and note that i posted to that having some interest but hoping NOT to tell my business...until YOU accused me of being a fake.

The one thing i've noticed about this site is that SO MANY of You want to talk badly about others.  It is really disconcerting to those of us that are NEW and just want some direction.

I click on your profile to the left in your posts and the result is "profile not found".  So far, I see no reason to modify my previous comment.

As i had mentioned in my note to you before you had tried to publicly SLAY me...(and note that i now put your name in little letters rather than caps...it's a show of DISrespect)...the funny part is that i've only been reading the BBS for less than a week and thought that YOU, of all people, sounded like a cool person who'd been in this lifestyle for awhile and could be someone i could ask questions of.

MY PIC IS NOW BACK UP, AS IS MY AD...AND IT WILL COME BACK DOWN AGAIN SHORTLY.

Oh no! The dreaded disrespect of lowercase letters, known to mortally wound all those who claim dominant status (notice I didn't give that a capital letter - I never do).

You want legal advice: Call a lawyer. Claiming "but the nice people on the message board told me it was ok" is not going to help you.

MY EYES!!!

Oh, how can these grammatical atrocities and vicious assaults of disrespect threw the use of protocol that the great Leather Bible has decreed we should all place value in be allowed here?

Truly, the lowercasing of a dominants name is a crime that should be punished with a jail sentence far greater than that of illegal pornography.

And you...aquaticsub....how dare you have the audacity to capitalize the letters of your own name, falsely proclaiming the status and identity of a divine superior dominant?

A mere slave daring to take on the social status of the kings and emperors! A dark and bleak day this is for all citizens of Collarme.com!

Ready the stocks! Prepare the baskets of rotten fruit for throwing! This will not be tolerated any longer! Heathens!

You put "you" in the proper lowercase manner as a show of "DISrespect"?   You've got to be joking.

Oh, come on people ... can't you see how important her RANDOM capitalizations are to her?  I mean, she capitalizes entire words and parts of words, and random letters as if it means something ...

On topic - I agree with Aquatic ... consult a lawyer instead of random people who may or may not actually know the legalities involved.

i guess i should have put DNH...but most of you who have replied (not to be confused with ALL) are probably too stupid to know what that means anyhow.
