I could post a most eloquent dissertation on the interconnectedness of cooperation and competition.....but it would be futile.  Your ears are as closed as your mind.

Therefore, in your case, I recommend curtain number three....Isolation.

I've every expectation that I will.

It worked well for the past ten years. I could not have been more content than to have spent it with my wife and child before they died.

When I find the two slaves I seek, I have every intention of returning to that idyllic life.

I long ago gave up any illusions of helping society get back on track.

Now I'll be content to live out my life in love and peace, shared with those most intimate with me.

And we'll see what I write from that isolation, and whether that has any impact on the world.

But for now, I'm here and I'm not silent, nor isolated.

By the way, while you are at it, care to write my thesis for me regarding the effects of seasonal depression on the Kamakaze dear of Michigan?

I'd love to, but that would be "cooperative"; if I engaged in such an un-American activity, bob's microverse would unwind in an existential cataclysm like those threatened in "Ghostbusters" and "Dogma".

So, in the interests of avoiding drunk angels and an oversized Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man, I must decline.

To no one in particular:

From the "Section Guidelines - General BDSM Discussion":

"Criticism - Please keep criticism to a minimum. While disagreement is okay inflammatory comments aka flaming, humiliating and belittling other users is not acceptable."

Anyone know which dictionary the mods use when interpreting this clause?

Just curious.

LMAO.

Priceless, absolutly priceless.

He's losing this one fast so he runs home to the mods...

How simply...adorable

Next, he'll be crying for his mommy.  Sad.  I don't know how any submissive woman would be attracted to such behavior.  That's not in control and it's surely not flattering.

As I see it, there are three choices: Competiton, Isolation, or Cooperation.

In the absence of those with whom cooperation is possible, I choose Isolation, as competition (and by that I do not mean friendly competition, such as one finds when playing games with friends) seems to me to be an inherently immature choice.

Does your isolation mean you won't be posting for us to 'compete with' you anymore?
