Status: offline 		Overall, are older Female Dominants more or less dominant than younger Dommes or about the same?  I noticed alot of Dommes in their 40's, 50's, and 60's on this site.

The motivations are often different within their respective age groups.  When I was in my early 20's I visited a pro who was in her mid 30's at the time.  I wouldnt have a problem contacting any domme in her late 40's. I'm not really interested in a stripper-with-whip 20 something.

Status: offline 		I personally feel and think that it would depend on the person in regards to how dominant they are. Well, as a younger person on this site, most people tend to be 40 and above or so it seems when I’m looking at profiles. I think would account for just the higher numbers of the above 40 dommes. I really do think it comes down to the personality of the person, I’ve seen many different dominants posting on the boards (a section of the cm population) and they all have so many different styles, which depending on what you consider dominant would then be linked to there “more or less dominant” you are talking about.

I think I understand what you are saying.

I think the numbers of people in their 20's who actively play is growing.  I was 22 years old I was going to visit a 35 year old pro once a year. Thats how it was back then.  There were lifestylers back then, but unless you were in that orbit already, it was hard to gain entry. 

To me, dominance is more a state of mind (presence) than it is about kinky play.  I'm looking for kinky play in either role, I may submit to someone I love and admire.

Younger dominants, the ones I see are more open about seeking casual activity partners, OR offering professional services and are more kink/fetish oriented.

lol I'm looking for the guy I'm going to marry, I'm 24 (almost 25 yay birthday cake!) so I don't know about that. Again I think it's very personal.

Surely the best people to know how Dominas think would be Dominas ?

Maybe as they get older they become more self assured, and that makes them seem more Dominant  ?

Jill is correct....a female dominate is a female dominate......age has no relavence. A 24 years old can be just as aggressive or light in her dominance as someone my age. Dominance, just as submission is a state of mind.....it's something within you, not an age thing. The only thing age gives, is more experience in life itself.

Darlin....it doesn't matter where this thread is...it's still the same. Age has nothing to do with how dominate a female is. Dominance is  a state of mind. Just because i'm in my 40's doesn't mean i'm more dominate than a 20 year old, it just means i've lived longer.
