I've been dumped by a dom, too. (Sure enough, a week later I found he was trolling for "learning experiences", and using my computer, too! While I was tied up!! Bastard... but that's okay, because I changed his passwords and primary contact email :-) Hell hath no fury like a cheated-on sub

Trust me, bawl your heart out. Get all of the crap out of your system...and then find a girl-friend, and go have a "he's a jerk" night on the town. Go out to dinner, hit up the spa, buy a few pieces of expensive chocolate, dress up in something nice and pretty, and GO HAVE FUN WITHOUT HIM!! :-) Prove to yourself that your happiness doesn't revolve around him!

Then go out and find ways to keep yourself occupied! Volunteer, join a local Ladies groups (a lot of towns have them), take some crafty-type classes at the local fabric store, take a class or two for fun, get into a water aerobics group (hanging with little ol' ladies at 7am is a BLAST!), or other activity to keep you OCCUPIED. Boredom/lonliness is your worst enemy.

Don't lose hope in the trade! Now all you have to do is find a totally hot vanilla guy, seduce him with your charm...and the first time he pins your arms in a tickle-fight, whisper in his ear about how much you enjoy him being in control.

Win another one over to our side!

I've only been dumped once. My poor ego was devastated. Because I'm the one who dumps people, not the other way around. I cried for a week. After that I realized how much I had learned from the relationship and from the person. I was honest enough to admit that my ego was far more hurt than my feelings. It made me happy because egos easier to repair than a broken heart anyway.

It opened me up a little and I was more prepared for my next relationship. The next guy I dated is now my Dominant and fiance. What's so funny is that the guy who dumped me told me that all of his girls found the one they would marry after dating him.

Learn what you can and then move on. It's the best thing to do.

The only person i know who has never been dumped is my brother, who married his high-school sweetheart 38 years ago.
