Life sucks. [:(] i have been crying for over an hour since i was officially "dumped" by my Dom. i will be 29 on Thursday and i have never been dumped in my life. Usually we part on agreeable terms or i just end this. This is my first real D/s relationship and i just have no faith anymore... none... [:(] [:(] [:(] [:(] [:(] [:(] [:(] [:(]

You're entitled to a bout of self-pity, depression and ego swallowing.

hmmm life sucks ... hell yeah and so do relationships, people, society ... oh what the hell ... the world sucks ... but occassionally we look up and smile cause it finally found the right part to suck on lol.

Cry, scream, throw a tantrum (sometimes helps), but if you need to punch something ... choose a pillow or something else that will not damage you ... I would give the "My Dominant Was A ShitHead" T-shirt a miss, bad for the rep and you may eventually decide to look for annother and it would be really misfortunate if he remembers you wearing it ....

Chin up and as my old Aunt says "it is ok to sit on the pity pot, just remember to flush well when you get off"

Don't take it personally. You just weren't long term compatible. You've told others this and didn't like it for them to take it personally, now you need to handle it from the other side.

This sounds harsh but that's because I couldn't find another way to say it. But honestly, did you want him to stay with you just because he didn't want to hurt your feelings? If we all did that, we'd all still be stuck with the first guy we ever dated, afraid of hurting their feelings and never being honest with them, or ever being happy with yourself.

Sad movies, chocolate, ice cream. Then get dressed up and paint the town.

Nope, i'd skip the tantrum and wear the tee shirt.

If a Dominant judges you simply on a statement made
about a past relationship, they're probably a shithead.

I was dumped by a girl the day after my bday.  Sucked.  I kinda wished she;'d done it before.  All I could think was that she'd spent that whole day with me knowing she was leaving and not wanting to be with me.  Damned if she did or didn't really.  This is the first time you've been left.  You usually do the leaving or part amicably.  Sucks.  But at least this cherry will be behind you soon.  You will survive.  In time.  Even if it doesn't feel like it today.

Just to let you know, it does start to feel better at some point. You'll laugh at something and you'll be amazed that your happy. But right now, yeah it sucks.

Life's a b**ch - but you need to experience these things!! They make you stronger - and although you feel bad now you will come through and you will be fine! You need to believe in that. Cry if you need to and throw things (usually helps - nothing hard - pillows etc) and then start rebuilding!! I am sorry you are hurting!!

A birthday is a time when thoughts tend to turn to what one has achieved over the last year. But look nobody can take you pain away, but you probably had a really lucky escape. Dumping someone just before their birthday really sucks and on reflection I bet he won't seem such a knight in shining armour. A good sub. is very hard to find  and I'm sure once you have got over this Doms will be lining up to give you a good (bad) time. Try not to let this throw you off balance. This was only the first D/s relationship, it will certainly not be the last. You come over as a powerful person, it won't be long before you feel this again.

i have been dumped (recently as a matter of fact) ...all of us have been dumped at one point or another ...yes it sucks however life will go on.  we all do kiss a lot of frogs before finding the right person for us.  give yourself some me time while you heal.
