Well put :-) But you don't have to wait for menopause or synchronized PMS ...
multiple subs are every guy's fantasy when he's 18
but even when I was 45, I found that 3 subs tag-teaming me all night was WORK!
... and the next day they slept in (I've got the pic of the 3 of 'em on their backs like dogs on the front porch laying in the sun)
... but I had to climb, spent, unrested & exhausted, into the 140F attic to fix an A/C leak
No relationship survives unless there is a committment to communication and compromise ... poly is more difficult because it requires that between each and every individual AND it requires a balanced mix of Dom/me, alphas, betas & omegas.  Great people with the wrong pecking order dynamics won't work out in the long run.

I think a lot of guys online are drawn to this simply because they think "Wow sex whenever I want, and I get two or three chicks too? And they can't complain because they're submissive? Fuck yes."

Silly boys...
Wait until the reality of three women with PMS, out of chocolate, and the fourth going through menopause smacks them in the face. That'll learn them!

I advise never trying this with two switches.

Why not? Just establish pack dynamics, i.e. hierarchy.

To be honest, I kind of don't get it. In my mind, the chemistry needs to work from the top down, not from the bottom up. I feel his power, but that doesn't mean that someone else will. It just seems backwards to me. If he finds a submissive and they feel his power, he can work things out as he deems fit between the three or more of us. If I find a submissive and they don't feel his power, then I've wasted my time, their time and his time. With time being both finite and uncertain, that just doesn't seem to be a good use of what little I may have in my life and his.

Celeste

I agree with this. I find it works out much better when he finds his own women. They need to have chemistry and react to his dominance, like you I'd feel I wasted a whole bunch of valuable time if they didn't.

I think in another 5-10 years we will have an "explosion"of people getting into poly, but after that I think things will settle and poly would be at least tolerated by mainstream society.  It is alittle harder to dislike or dismiss something when people you love are into it. Because our society is based on monogamus judaic christian values most people find that they can't cope with a poly relationship.

I think Aswad may be a bit too rational to get it.

sapphire,

That is a big secondary danger as I see it. It is difficult to mesh 3 personalities on this plain.

Finding them. We would have it set up so that it was on both our profiles. If they contacted him, they would be put in touch with me immediately. If they contacted me, they would be put in touch with immediately.

Neither of us are a stand-alone package. If we decide to add another to serve him, than I have a vested interest in looking as well. I want to find someone who gets along with both of us and will enrich our lives.
