Okay, sweetie...you're little more than a newbie here.  I'm not.  Ya know...if you've not followed along the history of this guy, then perhaps you do not understand what the rest of us realize.  Obviously this has nothing to do with you...speaking of skewed.

Look...why not just use the search function here and read up?  While the guy has some issues; he also enjoys baiting...and the reactions he gets, I'm sure.

Someone even wrote a famous story regarding 'Don't throw me in the briar patch'.... and someone else wrote about "...crying wolf".  It's a common theme; get over it.

RFL, you know calling me a newbie when I have over 1800 posts reminds me of the little children that when felt somehow a little certain of themselves all of a sudden, resort to name calling.   You are more than welcome to call me whatever you wish if in fact it makes you feel better, smiles, it matters not to me either way. I will say this, there are people with different issues that abound on these boards and of course everyone is welcome to their own opinion, it shouldn't be any other way.  But to do juvenile things like posting links to their profiles to try to get a rise out of them, or call them outright names, whether the behavior characteristics may fit or not, still is juvenile behavior, no matter what the other has done.  Or do you go by the creedo that two wrongs do in fact make a right??????  Seems to me that you might as much as you are ineffectively trying to get a rise out of me to make yourself somehow better.  You need to try harder to get at me, my 6 year old grandums are even better at pushing buttons than that.  I have better things to do, SWEETIE.

edited to add:  You talk about following peoples history..........that must truly be a glorious existence you have to be able to keep up with everyone.

I'm guessing because of the forums chelle...I see alot of names in the forums at the same time I am that don't post...I will look at someone's profile to get a basic idea when I'm not sure what they are posting about, or well you know...if you have a hot pic and I want to see if there's more...yeah yeah I'm human.

Before I originally wrote SimplyMichael, he and I perved each other's profiles a few times... Finally, I got up the nerve to write something lame like "It looks like you have been looking at my profile almost as much as I have been looking at yours.." Yeah, I thought I was being coy..LOL..  Good thing it all turned out well though..

Now, I need to be selective when perving profiles while signed in..  Anytime I perve a profile, they write to me..

WHAT? you can perv anonymously?  and I'm so going to have to move farther away from Chicago...domiguy scares me

So I am curious:

What reasons do you have for viewing another's full profile?

What do you do when you see someone's name appear on the "Who's Viewing Me" list?

i have only looked at a few profiles, mostly wrong-clicks.  oh and seeing who it is that sent me a message on the other side.

most of the time when i see who's been perving me....its like "huh.  wonder what made that person look at me?"

If I see someone on my who's viewing me, I click their name to see who they are. If they are particularly interesting, or show up frequently, I may contact them.

As to why I view someone else, usually it's someone from the boards, or someone I was simply idly curious about.

And who exactly are the "new folks" around here?

Sounds mighty condescending of you!

It’s amazing how many times a topic relating to the viewed me list has come up. It’s not a true list either because I’ve read most of the profiles of people here. Some profiles I even print a hard copy of so that I may stick it on my wall. I don't know why the police always ask me why I do this. I simply reply that it’s my hobby.

“you're little more than a newbie here” has to do with the fact that I’ve merely been HERE about a year longer than you have…and perhaps have had more experience with the whiner HERE and his whines HERE than you have had.  Before you and others suggest I’m being condescending, perhaps you should read a little deeper.  Again…my comment had nothing to do with how many posts you’ve made nor how long involved in BDSM you’ve been; it had to do with how many months you have had to ‘get to know’ our whiner.   You miss-read me, baby.

I understand some people are ill and some people are attention-getters; and I happen to believe we have an attention-getter here.  Anybody who would repeatedly post “I would post, but most wouldn’t like what I have to say…” or any number of variations is talking to hear their head rattle.   Phrases like “He doth protest too much’ have been coined for such people and stories written about being tossed in a briar patch for those who go out of their way to say something just ain’t so…over and over again.

When people quote others who are responding to still others…and go to the trouble of pasting said erroneous quotes in still different threads; all sorts of crap happens.  I had an interesting thread started regarding The Fool, but it’s been yanked; a shame because I thought you might catch a glimmer of understanding to the mind and purpose of The Fool.  <shrugs>

LOL  You suggest I’m calling names and tossing bait…and then you do so; in spite of pointing out two wrongs don’t make a right?  How odd.  How odd too, that since you decided I believe number of posts equals experience…that you’d also suggest I have nothing better to do with my “glorious existence” than play online; and yet, look!  You have better things to do and you have nearly as many posts as I do in much less time.  Do you see how silly this is?

I believe we are all adults here with different opinions.  Apparently you’ve decided to take up caring for the whiner; fighting his battles, falling for his crap.  And I won't.  <shrugs>

Quit trying to be my mom and trying to show how much nicer you are than I; just put me on iggy and move on.

To the rest of you:  I'm very sorry for the High Drama.  I'm finished with this.

Well lets see. I have been here almost as long as you have. I have had as much time to view threads and profiles as you, not that it makes any difference as far as I can see. Someone that has been here for a couple of months can have viewed more posts than I have if they take the time to read back on threads, so length of time on a site means absolutely nothing.

As for Michael, yes his posts can be irritating and his narrow mindedness is annoying but really that is no reason to bait someone deliberately. Helping him understand his issues would be better than calling him a whiner etc.

When someone makes an objectionable opinion someone has to object or it looks like we all condone such attitudes with silence. I’d rather the person that made the initial remark felt unwelcome than a gay person who may stumble upon such a post and see we all just stood silent.

OK.... maybe take this in a different direction or maybe not but...

Would you call a person "looking" at your profile on a daily basis to the point where that persons SN is always at the top or in the top three of the "Who's viewing me" list a form of stalking?

We are talking every single day maybe even several times a day. Even when your are not posting or bloging.  It is becoming very clear that they want you to know that they are constantly looking at you. It is pretty creepy right?

My thought is that if it is not stalking it is pretty close.

He is not going away which is why I said rather than deliberately bait him it is better to help him understand why he should not say the things he does.

I’m helping him understand in my way just as you are helping him understand in your way; which is exactly?
