First of, let me say that I found your "Bravo Officer-Killing-Spree. Bravo." to be in very poor taste. A subsequent post of yours led me to consider that you were being sarcastic and that I mis-judged you. If that is the case, you have my apologies. Anyway, I was feeling snarky about your (apparent) insensitivity and was basically slamming you for it by directing you toward that thread which was definitely an example of extremely poor taste. I’ll not go into details but will just say that some dim bulb – in his very first post to the CM boards no less – thought it would be funny to make a joke at the expense of Holocaust victims. Several people, myself included, let him know that nobody around here would "appreciate" his sense of "humor." Several of us also predicted that the Mods would remove the thread (it was an easy predication to make – it really was the product of a sick mind). I am actually glad to see that the Mods did remove it.
I do agree with you, though, that whenever the Mods remove a thread they should make a general announcement as to why and not leave people wondering what happened.
