Nuts themselves make a good snack, but watch your portion sizes. And Rush makes a good point; eventually, the kids will start eating the healthy food, especially if that's all there is. Trust me, they won't go hungry Kudos to you, TwistedLady, for making an effort on you and your family's behalf, to be healthy.
