Help me! It seems I've gone from being intimidating just a few short months ago, to being nice and cuddly! Well, my profile has anyway, according to a certain occasional fan of mine. The pictures, the text - all nice and cuddly....arrrggghhhh!

I shall of course be resolving his impertinence at some stage, but in the meantime I wondered whether its true? Whether I do come across as being rather nice actually and not at all a nasty, vicious sadist? He says, (for the moment, since he isnt gagged), that I need to look pissed off in my pictures and be more foreboding in my text copy, to gain "the right image". He also says ('cause he still isnt gagged as yet) that I shouldnt mention LTR at all, ever.

But is this wise? Should I not try to present myself in my own words, rather than in words that some might prefer me to use? Should I not be truthful and honest about what I want?

always be yourself. After all thats what its really about, or should be. If they don't like it fuck them. You do look kind of cuddly in your pic tho. lol- cute. I guess it really boils down to what you're looking for.

Your profile is direct if anything. No problem there. People who write them to be aloof/bitchy/"fierce"...Meh.

As for the pictures...Well, they're fluffy and cuddly, but so are bobcats, and they'll still mess you up.

So...No problems I see. Scary-cuddly all the way! :)

I'm just a sub, but I reckon I can contribute to this one...

I personally avoid the Dommes that look pissy in their photos. I think it's sexier to be caught off guard by sadistic qualities than have them be completely predictable.

I mean think of it this way...a teacher might not be respected by their students if they're too nice and cuddly...but they DEFINITELY won't be respected if they're overly harsh all the time. Since when was striking a balance a bad image?

If your sub wants you to look more sadistic then okay, but it's not like he speaks for all submissives.
I personally would never court a Mistress who treats me like dirt right off the bat, which is the impression I get when every picture is a scowl on profiles.

Uh oh, wonder what he'd think of mine then. "TN, you are far too goofy for a sub to take seriously". I dunno I didn't want to do the typical pissed off look route (not sure I could pull it off anyway). I think it's more fun to lull them into a false sense of security.

Re-take the pictures, smiling sweetly at the camera, but have a whip in hand, sitting on a few slaves, and boots propped up on another one. One could hold a drink, perhaps. Props can help

However, while I am not male, your profile seems down to earth, and very straight forward. But I can't speak for the menfolk and how much "image" they want to see in a profile, or how much of a dominator 24/7 they want. Of course, there is something to be said for honesty, a limit on posturing, and leaving the domination for after a few conversations. Mostly good things.

Perhaps ungag the slave long enough for him to tell you what he thinks of it? Also consider, who are you turning off? Those with unrealistic expectations, or people who might be interesting and serious?

Of course, if you have slaves, it might be worth it to punish them until they come up with an honest, but flattering bio for you. Might as well do the dirty work for you.

You should always be yourself. We all know that appearing sweet and cuddly is just a ploy to lure those boys into your web.

It just makes the eventual sadism all the more cruel after all.

Personally, I dig your profile, and have always tended to dig your forum posts as well.

Screw what image anyone else thinks you should have, being yourself always trumps.
