Was thinking about friends this evening and realised i have more male friends than i do women. Now this in itself was no big shock to me but i did begin to wonder why !?! I have always thought it was because i think many women (and no not all, so please do not flame me) can be out and out bitches, jealous, under handed and quite nasty. A lot of my female friends have, and excuse my french fucked me over big style. I just don't find that with my male friends. I guess you could say pick better friends but i have never had the same problem with my male friends. So can it really be that my judgement of females is just so out of synch with that of males? Apparently not, according to them (the male friends) i can manipulate them with my sex, being female. I've honestly always thought that my male friends were just my friends and that was it. Pretty much like my girlie friends. Seems that isnt so!! To my surprise most of my male friends also fancy me. They say it's very rare to find a 100% platonic relationship between a man and woman. Is it? They also say that fancying your friend changes the dynamics. That as my friend they sometimes want to argue points with me, but as someone who fancies me they don't always. Why? Because they then think all chances of getting in knickers will be off basically !! I'm baffled, i don't get it. Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I were to make a list of all the friends I've had in my life, it'd be pretty damn close to 50/50 male and female. Do I want to have sex with my female friends? Often, yes..... [:D]...... but that's part of being a guy.

Well, if it's a getting in your knickers issue. You could just fuck them on a set schedule, that can't regardless of any arguments, be derailed. Then the pussy issue wouldn't be an issue. LOL. that sounds like a joke, but really I'd say is the only solution if sex is on their mind anyway. If they know they are going to get laid regardless, what's the point of manipulating you into the mood. It would be unnecessary. Besides that option, I'd say it's unresolvable and it's just a deal with it scenario. IMO.

With those steely eyes of yours I can see the males being attracted…I certainly am. I think men find it much harder not to think in sexual terms then woman. But true male friends, if they knew you were not interested in a sexual relationship and still valued your relationship, would not keep trying to come on to you. If they saw you unattached and felt a change in your attitude then they may test the waters. I don’t know if you do or not… but…. if you talk about trouble in a relationship… the same way men do with men and women do with women then they may think the way is open for a different relationship. You should feel flattered they desire you but just let them know the desire will not be returned and see if they are true friends. Butch

I find it much more difficult to make friends with men than with women. This is not because I want to have sex with women and not men, but more because there are aspects to male to male platonic relationships that I have never really figured out, which is not the case with my platonic friendships with women. I really only want to have sex with the person I am in a relationship with, and since I dont spend most of my life trying to have conversations with women's breasts, we get along just peachy. We do teach people in our classes that in a case where one person wants to be friends, and the other one wants more than that, odds are fairly small that the friendship will be lasting. It's actually very simple. With the exception of family every woman a man knows is rated by her doablity. It's just our nature. I personally have female freinds that I know I will never have sex with. But that doesn't stop the impulse to think about it. I obviously can't speak for women but my opinion is that women don't automatically default to "how fuckable is this person?" each second. I'm sure they have strictly platonic relationships without that distraction. Maybe I am wrong. What I know and can see about you - you are fuckable. If I were your freind in real life I could resist the urge to act on it but it would always be there. It's just how we with penises are. :)

Friendships between males are different than friendships between females. They are often based on sports and other activities. Men do guy things. They don't talk to each other about their feelings the way women do. I've heard that some men seek female platonic friends to talk to about things they can't share with their male buddies without being seen as unmasculine.
