Can someone please explain the difference between a submissive and a slave? Any possible websites that give definitons and/or descriptions of both roles within the lifestyle would be greatly appreciated also.
With Respect,
lyrical

This is one of the most asked questions on these boards. You can do a keyword search in the forums and you will come up with hundreds of threads on this and a myriad of opinions.

Good luck.

Yes.  And after reading them, and the ensuing flame wars, you'll want to hurt yourself.

The difference is that one's owner wants to call them a slave and the other a submissive.

Slaves have a distinctive mottled pattern behind their left knees that's revealed under ultraviolet light. Just shine one of those on 'er and you'll know like that.

They ain't roles. A horse is a horse, not a giraffe playing a horse role.

Yes, I can explain the difference, but I will not.

I don't get it... you and your master are looking for a female slave, but you aren't experienced enough with this lifestyle to be sure what the difference is or if there is any?

for starters, He is the one that wants to add to the household. He told me what He wanted in my profile, and there it is. It isn't for me to question. Due to His work schedule, i don't get to spend much time with Him during the week. i really didn't think the question i asked would generate such nastiness.
