My one hard limit that seems to cause problems is the absolutely no woman to woman contact one.......one tried it as a mind fuck (I think, anyway!),and needless to say, I ran like a cat with it's tail on fire! My hard limits aren't any different than most, kids, animals, blood, scat/watersports....the really extreme things. Breath play, gun/knife play, TENS units...that stuff is all fine with me......such wonderful sensations! Of course, the gun and knife play is done under strict guidelines.....and only with one person I already trust. I am, however, right there with the tickling limit.....I almost "accidentally" broke my ex's nose because he thought it was great to hear me scream.

When it comes to someone's phobias, I respect them wholly. One of mine is needles...growing up was a nightmare of doctors, and my parents, telling me it was "all in my head". Since it wasn't a socially accepted fear, like mice or snakes, I was constantly ridiculed.....but the tables turned once I was an adult....I could ridicule the docs for NOT being able to deal with a patient with a phobia...challenge their skills, they tend to look a things differently. I have no idea why I was terrified of them, no bad memories or experiences, and actually, over the years, I can now at least tolerate them long enough for my tests I need. I still have the physiological reaction of anger, but at least I don't run out of the office before they even take the tourniquet off! I have no respect for anyone who will use a person's phobias against them, and wouldn't be around for long if anyone ever tried to capitalize on mine.

We have a list of limits here that we don't cross, but I don't think any are all that odd. When we made our first contract though, we read a very unusual one. It said something along the lines of stating that the dom could do just about anything including watersports, scat, gun play, and most of the other things people think of as risky. It then goes on in several places to say that she is not ever to be ordered to mop the floor.

I have a few...

Cauliflower is one. I eat and love broccoli, I can eat broccoli until the cows come home, but I have a very very strong aversion to cauliflower. I don't want to have anything to do with a cauliflower, and have been known to walk out of shops if they have cauliflowers on display. The smell of a cauliflower cooking is for me deeply repulsive. Confined in any space with a cauliflower and I go ballistic, and I'm normally someone who is extremely difficult to provoke to any extreme emotional reaction.

Margarine has a similar effect on me to cauliflower.

Mariah Carey singing for some reason makes me deeply melancholic, depressed and almost suidical. I don't know, it's just something in the voice. Whitney Houston had a similar effect which I have managed to overcome to some degree, but I've yet to find any effective defence mechanism against Mariah Carey's singing.

That relationship didn't continue very long after that.... lol. Lucky for me, He has no desire to touch my feet, and even encourages my socks (including during sex lol) so that he doesn't accidentally forget and touch them by accident. Awwwwww lol.

oh wow i thought i was the only one that had a thing with my own feet...i wear socks all the time except in the shower and Ma'am has been talking about making me not wear them and i just cringe. Although i seem to be able to tolerate having people touch my feet more so than you.

Yay I'm not alone in having 'some' weird freaky hard limits. 1) my belly button. Off limits, totally. When I was little my sister stuck a plunger on my tummy and told me if it came off my belly button would come untied and everything would come out lol. I ran around the house in hysterics with that plunger bobbling along on my belly. 2) my big toes. Again when I was little my sister would haul me around the pool by my big toes, pulling me under the water. I cannot bear anything wrapped around my toes or wearing flipflop type shoes. 3)any any sort of breath play makes me utterly panicked. Yes.. my sister (same sister in all of these, anyone see a theme?) used bandaids to tape my mouth shut once when I was sleeping. 4)insects. Dreaded sister told me my mosquito bites were actually eggs and to kill them I had to coat myself in nail polish..... Oddly that sister is now my favorite one, however she totally denies all the stuff she did to me. Ahhhhhh siblings. I was so amazingly gullible, gee it's a good thing I'm over that.............. not!!

okay.. have to add another one i forgot and was rudely reminded of...
i absolutely gag.... one time and only one time, my Dom caught me up because he did not like my tone and the ugliness of my words to another,
and he spit in my mouth....

i don't think i said an unkind word for years after that...
i would never do that to another person and i think i would take a beating rather than ever open my mouth to have them do that to me...

The very idea of anal anything is very much a hard limit for me- it just tweaks my OCD in all the worst ways. No amount of gratification for a partner of mine is worth the compulsive acts that would inevitably follow.

The feeling of "squeaky" clean dishes and glasses. It makes me cringe just thinking about it. I suppose it isn't a hard limit exactly, but I avoid it as much as possible.

Blind folds make me panic like crazy. Min i am going a little deaf so i guess its not so weird, take my eyesight away and youd have me totally in your power. Maybe Master's little girl is still learning for Him to control me completely

Anything that covers my face. I can handle blind folds and small gags decently. But a hood or anything that will completly covers my face.. Out of the question. I'll panic. Breath play is a limit too. Being held underwater and such, won't be able to handle it. I like hot wax, daggers (no cutting though) just the feel of the steel running all over my back is awesome. Master recently got one of those pin needle wheels, that tickles to much but it works.

Haven't tried electricity type stuff, and very hesitate about it... Might try it once.. Just the thought of being shocked though sends shivers up my spine. Can't stand being shocked during dry season and feet rub on carpet type thing.
