I have always been one to get responses to profiles from male subs. I have made a profile as a dom/dom couple looking for female subs and a female submissive looking for a master and invariably, I get lots of responses from male subs who want to be dominated. What gives? Why do these people respond when your profile reads "NO MEN, NO MEN" or when your whole profile is about finding a dominant? I must say that I almost never get a message from a male dom when I specified that I do not want one. Am I the only one?

I don't know about male subs but a lot of male Doms seem to be illiterate too...So i think it is an across the board percentage thing...I did get a funny email recently where the man made a typo where in a sentence to me he said: "I am not as viral as I was 20 years ago...." i couldn't resist writing back and letting him know he had a typo where he meant "virile" and not "viral" because maybe he wrote the same thing to everyone...Yikes![&:]

Out here in the Mid-West, it just seems guys are illierate as a rule. Maybe its a disease or something Y/you can catch bby not paying attention in school?

If you really want to know, try responding to one of them and asking. Otherwise, just delete it, or shrug it off. Everyone gets inappropriate mail.

playfulotter.... i was on a forum where a guy i knew said he has "Resent his contract to his new Mistress " i was in fits of laughter and advised him to change it to re-sent. We all make these mistakes although we hope they dont get spotted.

im personelly effended by this hole disgustion. i don't see how one can steryotipe a entire group of persons based on the ramblngs of a few demwhis.

Maybe he did mean viral.... Some of the male of the species Homo Sapiens Sapiens are literate and worthy of the dual "Sapiens", unfortunately it seems that we are rapidly approaching extinction. $0.02, Dauric.

Lots of them look for females or female dominants... females or couple and just have a canned response they send to any they find. I find that a really sad way for a sub to attempt to find a Dominant. That's one of the reasons for the rant in my journal on the subject.. I had to vent, now I just hit delete.

Not male subs, men in general. My profile says something on the order of "happily collared sub, what part of friends only don't you understand?" and I get emails ignoring that on a daily basis. I find it fascinating that they know how to write, but not read.
