Status: offline 		I'm three quarters of the way through a 30 day juice fast/detox program and will be baking Christmas cookies, biscotti and pumpkin bread tomorrow.  I'm already salivating.  Help!  I need motivation to not cheat because I really want to pig out.

Status: offline 		When I was doing strict low carbs and cooking for um's, I just didn't think of it as food I could consume. Sort of like play-doh food. Pretty, but not edible.
 
I might be nuts, but it worked for me. (well, ok. I am nuts. lol)

Fasting is healthy now? Jesus, i can't keep up with the will-help-you-live-longer/will-give-you-cancer shit. Guess i need to watch more TV.

Status: offline 		Yeah, I could get hit by a bus.  Odds are that I won't.  Odds are much greater that I have some sort of heart attack based on my genetics.  Odds are that it's a supportive move for someone I love who's dealing with serious health issues and is also doing the fast.  Odds are it gives him some peace of mind that I'm helping to heal some of my own health issues.
