Wow!

Dogboydoggie is being supportive of someone who is lamenting their circumstances.  Why slam him?  Why use Jesus to do it?

Wow!

I didn't see him being supportive at all. I saw him saying that being into BDSM is something a wound you can heal from.

Frankly I don't know why anyone would come onto a forum or join a group for the purpose of attempting to convince them that they can be "healed" -- I suppose they might feel a call from the Divine but if that's so then they should look at their scriptures and figure out what to do when it is rejected. Continuing to preach is not what is recommended at all.

Racist? Where did you get that?

I'm a Christian and if I preach the message to an audience that does not want it, then I follow in the path of Jesus's disciplines when I leave them be and don't come back. Do I need to cite the verses? I thought this was pretty common knowledge from the New Testament for most Christians.

Jesus didn't say anything about intolerance as far as I recall. Judging others, preaching where you are not welcomed, and putting the law before human needs were a strong part of his message.

I'm trying to help a person who may be a Christian see that his message is resulting in turning people off and that he may be better served and serve the Divine somewhere where his message will be better received.

OK, joking aside, I just feel this need inside me... I could never be a "normal" person, if you will.

Status: offline 		I've started finding myself at a cross roads my mom who unfortunately found out about me being in the lifestyle when she stumbled accross my toy bag (had more books than toys). She is very christian and keeps asking me if I fall in love with someone who doesn't support bdsm will I leave it for love? (my father was a submissive and gave up the lifestyle for my mother I found out when he hid my toy bag so she couldn't torch it), I recently received a training collar and part of my contract I have to be honest with my mom at all times if she asks I'm not allowed to lie which makes things extremely uncomfortable in my house and I find myself almost feeling like I'm being torn apart alot of the time and honestly am not completely sure what to do about it. I think alot about trying to go back into vanillaism but honestly never seemed to really fit in in it. I was at one time in line to become a youth leader for a church so that seems to tear me apart even further. I think I'm starting to ramble so I'm just going to shut up and curl up in a corner now.

Status: offline 		This is because my Mistress felt that by hiding and by coming up with excuses for where I was going and what I was doing was dishonoring my mothers love for me and that by doing so my mom would start to trust me more and allow me to make my own decisions more (shes very overprotective and sheltering and at first thought I was trying to do things to rebel against her which I'm not). Not to mention that to an agreement with my parents while I attend college I get free room and board at home so I can have money saved up for when I graduate and move out.

Status: offline 		There has been points in which I wish I weren't this way, but I don't see it as a choice or anything I can control, it's simply who I am.

I don't ever really relate to straight or gay at this point, I'm simply a malesub, that's it, that's my sexuality.

Just like a gay guy would have trouble relating to a woman in their relationship and being truly happy, I would have a hard time relating to a stricly vanilla woman in a relationship.

It's never going to change. As difficult as it is to come to terms with sometimes, I wouldn't want it to either because when I do find that connection with someone it will make it all worth it.

Status: offline 		dogboy.. if you look at the pain that religion has caused this world, and the hatred and propaganda that some has preached, and for what reason?? Just because they don't follow there own religious ways of which all lead up to the same higher power of which no one can define but all name it give it there own way.. Religion only segregates this world and creates rifts.. Would you seriously like religion to have the power to run this world?? Bring back the dark ages of keeping people at dark and sending them to torture or execution for any reason? i was born and baptized as a Greek orthodox and was brought up in the fear of :god is watching every step i take. Yes i do respect all religions and what they have to preach but i will always be weary of
those who manipulate it.
