ORIGINAL: dogboydoggie it is never to late to leave . there is hope and you can find a way out . no matter how old you are . you can find real love that can heal your heart and then later... quote:
many will leave bdsm . and can be free from it forever . there is a way out were you will never go back First, look at your own eye before you go looking into others -- if you're a Christian you'll get my reference to things that Jesus himself is quoted as saying. Second, there are people out there who claim to be kinky who frankly aren't so their leaving honestly isn't a good test. Third, perhaps you should be more concerned about your own soul before you attempt to help others who have not asked it. Again reference the New Testament to see just how long an apostle is supposed to attempt to reach out. Shake the dust from your sandals and move on to the next town, my brother. Wow! Dogboydoggie is being supportive of someone who is lamenting their circumstances. Why slam him? Why use Jesus to do it? I didn't see him being supportive at all. I saw him saying that being into BDSM is something a wound you can heal from. Frankly I don't know why anyone would come onto a forum or join a group for the purpose of attempting to convince them that they can be "healed" -- I suppose they might feel a call from the Divine but if that's so then they should look at their scriptures and figure out what to do when it is rejected. Continuing to preach is not what is recommended at all. quote:

ORIGINAL: Saint I have tried to leave it and walk away from it all but as LadyKarin pointed out, you just cannot do so. In the past I have cursed myself for being who I am and for what I enjoy but leaving does not change who you are. This lifestyle seems to breed a dearth of heartache and disappointment but I have to keep the hope that the rewards will be worth that and never stop looking for my Alpha Queen. I view the knowledge and experience that I have with this lifestyle as I would Pandoras box: Once released you cannot just so easily put the knowledge away again or ignore it. quote:
Shake the dust from your sandals and move on to the next town, my brother. Racist? What does Jesus have to say about intolerence? -Badger Racist? Where did you get that? I'm a Christian and if I preach the message to an audience that does not want it, then I follow in the path of Jesus's disciplines when I leave them be and don't come back. Do I need to cite the verses? I thought this was pretty common knowledge from the New Testament for most Christians. Jesus didn't say anything about intolerance as far as I recall. Judging others, preaching where you are not welcomed, and putting the law before human needs were a strong part of his message. I'm trying to help a person who may be a Christian see that his message is resulting in turning people off and that he may be better served and serve the Divine somewhere where his message will be better received.
