Brillent programming work.  Who ever changed the page didn't change the line count so 4 out of 5 profiles don't even show up.  I wonder if CM is hiring programmers. I learned not to make that mistake 17 years ago.

God forbid people have to spend two more seconds actually looking at a profile of someone they want to have a relationship with.

Yesh people they will figure it out, chill.

It would be hard to hire programmers WHEN THEY CHARGE YOU NO MONTHLY FEE. I suppose you could do it a hell of a lot better since according to you, the place is run by useless MBA's.  Let us know when your site is up and running, I might even pay to see that.

Something tells me a few people here have lost the cognizant ability to recall that this site is (hold on...divide the numerator by the denominator...add 7, subtract 19....divide by 2....add your age....)...

I would like the new thumbnail thing, if they would only keep the average number of profiles displayed, per page, that they had before.  Then, you could have the advantages of both the new feature of instantly seeing the thumbnail, and of scrolling down the page on a reasonable number of profiles, rather than having to display page after page, 7 or 8 profiles at a time.

If they did that, I'd enjoy being able to see photos, as a glance.

We now only get 5 names to the front page wheras before we had 20 at least, you now have to scroll and scroll and then click next page!! Please tell us that there is a setting buried so we can have it back the way it was!!

I just noticed it, and I do NOT like it.
Pictures, pictures, pictures....too many darn pictures.
Good gravy, but let's not complain too much, the price is so right for
this place!

I agree.  It's nice to see the photos, but I would prefer to see more than just 8 profiles per page.

Still, I can't argue with the price!

i am so sick of the argument that because we have not paid anything, we shouldn't have a say.
How about you stop making that same dumb statement over and over?  They have money now with the advertisers, so that argument does not apply anymore, especially since they are spending time, money and resources on all this reformatting, but the same old problems still exist.

We are the users, we are the customers.  Period.  Paying or not.  The end user is the customer.

The new format on the front page sucks. Just when they finally had it looking decent, they fuck it up again.

And i would like my username to appear on a who's viewed me page, either with or without my pic. i picked this name for a reason and i lose the effect of this reason when Collarme eliminates my user name.  i am more than just a face, thank you.

You have a say. However, if you think the advertising pays for the expenses every month (see the thread that said over 700,000 users) you are quite mistaken.

I'll stop making the same dumb statement when you stop making the same whine.  I have paid on other sites and not had everything available to me on those sites as here.  Yes, you are the end user, and with 700,000 I doubt one whiny one would be missed.  Yes, you are more than  just a face....

**whistles as she walks away so that she doesnt say what body part instead of face sprang to mind in connection with certain posters**

Yep, easy words...did you ever donate when the paypal was up?? Did you pay for anything then?  Bet I know the answer.

edited to add:  feel free to go spend your money somewhere so you have the right to bitch, will leave less time here to whine.

Unfortunately the end user customer who perceives they must have their own way in all things, ain't the kind of customer companies fight to keep.

It's a free site where people are treated well and get good service.  The owners have decided to make a change to the site.  It's their choice.  Get over it or go try to wade through the complete losers at alt.

I absolutely cannot believe how many threads are going on about this topic, it boggles the mind how lazy everyone is. This is not your private web page that you can customize. It is a free site. I don't care what they do to it as long as I can post on the forum, read the forum, view profiles and photos, email anyone I want to, block users, hide users, have anyone who wants to email me and go on with my life.

Jeez.
