The law does not govern private sites...check your rule book again. Just as anyone that owns a website, whether singular or plural, if a private site can make up any rules they want.  I think its hilarious that if you were not worried about whether they could ban or not, you instigated this user nick today to hide behind to post, so.....you must think they have some right.....be glad they dont require you wear a purple hat while posting.

I would have sworn that She was referring to me, but She posted that before I posted, maybe she IS that good!!!!   Ok I have a fav mod, see the subbie in me wants to be extra good and make her happy, and then the subbie in me wants to act out and grab her attention, just like I used to do with baby sitters, it was always such a battle....(and everyone I am joking if you havent caught on, I know I cant serve a mod through boards!)
