i agree with the whole drooling thing, i hate it but i have had Doms who like the humiliation. The ball gag with holes reminds me of a wiffle ball. Though i do love being gagged for the vulnerability of it.

I love gags, but the one problem is that I can't put my dick in her mouth while she's wearing one. And I don't like those dental devices. They're ugly and unsafe.

Oh, for the droolers: Ask your dom/master to get a penis-shaped gag for you. (Leather ones are good.) When you start drooling, just suck on the penis in your mouth. Works like magic. I guess bit gags cut down on the drooling problem too, but sometimes you just want to stuff that mouth completely.

Lastly, a public-service announcement: Be VERY careful of gags that don't strap around the head. Like the tennis-ball-and-duct-tape method. Yeah, it's hot, but the risk of choking increases tremendously if whatever you stick inside the mouth isn't secured outside the mouth.

For some reason, being gagged with something that will make me drool makes me feel more accepted as I am. As in: "He loves me and wants me, though I drool all over Him and everything else in sight."

ooo... i got one for xmas. Made from practice golf balls (a lovely orange) with a simple rope running through it, little knots tied on either side so the ball doesn't move around or fall off the string. voila!

I prefer not to use a gag. I like my sub to be vocal, whether it's from pain or pleasure. And as another poster pointed out, it also facilitates two-way communication, e.g. safewords instead of safe "signals."

as many observe gags are a peronal choice i like ball gags on my subs i like the look.one must be careful with gags however they tend to cause alot of saliva,i also like rings gags but they are not for beginner Doms or slaves!

I see gags as a wasted hole. However, I recently joined one of those bdsm porn sites, thetrainingofO and I have reconsidered. There was one "model" who was being played by both a male and female dominant. SHHHHHHHHHHHIITTTT.. that girl was sobbing and screaming at the most basic things. I am a dissenter on this one.

I really have no personal fetish around them, think there is too many safety controversies revolving around them, and do not like restricting vocal communication.

I don't own one and probably won't ever use one.

I really like the gag he made me from rope. biting down on it is more intuitive than biting into a ball gag because my whole mouth isn't stuffed. also, when I bite down, I get such a...frissance...yummy.

I have never used one, but think I will in the very near future (meeting a new slave, at least scheduled to) and I'm thinking it will be a new thing to try with her. I will use the wiffle ball ones, I'm sure, both for safety and because I think all the drooling will be more reinforcement of her role, and I'd kinda like that too ;) I think the screams and moans through it will be a good thing to hear.
