The gag, the wonderful gag!

It provides a great physical/mental control over the girl. She is very aware that even if she wanted to speak (with permission), she can't.

My property feels somewhat helpless and very controlled, having speach TAKEN away from her.The tactile action, the forcing open of her mouth, inserting the gag soooooo fantastic.....for myself watching and doing it to her and her living it.

I'm not big on ball gags,they hurt my jaw. I had 2 bit gags made for me. One that goes over my nose and one the just goes around my head. The bit is made of rubber. Since I tend to cut off my air supply when I orgasm it is always nice to be able to bite down on the bit.

Personally, I love a gagged girl. I do believe that it isn't bondage without a gag. I have a wide variety of preferences depending on my mood. Sometimes I would gag a girl with a simple white linen cleave gag (when she had nice red lipstick on) and just leave it while she did her chores around the house.

I think it gives the Dom an additional level of power and control and gives the sub an additional physical manifestation of bondage, even when unbound.

There's nothing like the look of contentment on her face when the gag goes in and the muffled coos and sighs come out from behind it.

I use gags all the time. I have all sorts of different kinds as well. I don't think it is gender based - you just have to realize a lot of what you see on the net is porn. Porn is made to get men off and in the vanilla world most straight men like to see girls getting fucked ie: it's the girl bottoms you see gagged in porn. In reality, and in the real community, I'd say we all have personal preferences on toys and men and women both equally use them. Don't be fooled by net porn.

One thing to keep in mind when using gags. Your partner can no longer communicate a safe word with their voice. Give them another way to siganl the safe word to you. A ball in the hand to drop, a hand signal - something they can do to signal their need to safeword without being able to call it out since they are gagged.

Okay, is it just me, or...

We have a 2" rubber ball gag. Even when the strap is tightened as tightly as it can go (potentially cutting into my cheeks -- eek!) I am still able to spit it out if I want to badly enough. I think it's because even though I have a relatively small mouth, I have unusual flexibility in my jaw and can open it very, very wide (with virtually no discomfort). We also have a Jennings gag, but it doesn't work for me either, because my jaw can naturally open wider than the widest setting on the gag.

We're now looking for one of those harness-type ball gags that have straps going every which way around the sub's head...it seems that's the only way to shut me up for real. The last time we were at the toy store we looked for one, but they didn't have any...oh well. Maybe we'll order one online.

I love the idea of being gagged, but knowing I can spit it out kind of spoils the fun for me.

I like gags for a couple of reasons.

The first reason is the added feeling of helplesnes. The gag makes me feel more vulnerable (even though I have my bell in my hand for safety).

The second reason is my vocal cords - it would be embarrassing to have the neighbors call the cops.
