Status: offline 		Last night I cybered with my slave and he stuck somethig down his urethra and didnt realize until afterwards that he had started bleeding. He stuck it down too far I guess and hurt himself. Its still bleedinga little when he urinates and im growing concerned. can the urethra safely heal itself pretty quickly?or does it need to be rinsed with something?
I think you understand why he hasnt gone to the doctor yet.

Status: offline 		Doctors hear and see all kinds of freaky stuff. That's why it's all confidential (fuck it!!). None of us have seen what happened or know what he was sticking in there. He needs to get checked by someone who DOES know what he's been doing.

Ditto to yhma, don't ask people online to do things that can harm them. It was a stupid thing to do.

I've seen catheters but they require perscriptions dont they? and i dont want any holes cause im not interested in "water sports"

I'm not concerned about the doctor. I'm concerned about his nosey and ultra conservative family. who will want to know about the penis doctor bill.

Status: offline 		Urethral  play is very dangerous. Objects should never be forced, and all objects to be inserted should be steralized.  Medical grade sterile lube is also highly recommended. Most urethral play involves 'sounds' which are thin metal rods specifically made to go down the urethra and widen it, however they are always covered with a good dose of lube and they are NEVER forced down but instead slowly use gravity and slide down the urethral tube. 

Since you didn't tell us what he put in there, I have a feeling it wasn't anything steralized.   If objects are not steralized correctly bacteria can enter the urethra and cause a very unpleasant infection, not only in the tube but possibly the blatter as well.

Bleeding could be a sign that he forced something, which means perhaps he punctured the side of the urethral tube at some point, or it could be just from friction which means he didn't use enough lube.

You need to go through the checklist with him, if he did not steralize the item, if the item had any sharp rough points, or he did not use lube, then it would probably be a good idea to see a doctor before he ends up with a worse condition than he started with.

If he did follow all the safety points on the checklist, then its possible it was just an abnormality and I would check again if it hasn't cleared up in a day.   

Don't be afraid to talk to the doctors.  Usually they see this sort of thing at least a few times a year.  Oh the stories doctors can tell!  Emergency room stories are often the most interesting ones.  heh.  Let's hope you don't let your's fester into needing to be a emergency room visit.

I would get 'urethral sounds' they are easy to steralize (I boil mine in a pot) and also buy a box of medical grade lube. Remember to never force anything.  A good tip/trick is that once a rod is in put a vibrator against the handle and it sends vibrations all the way down to his prostate.

Status: offline 		 I also think if yo can't go to the dr in cases of injury with out nosey people asking why a grown man went to the dr, then you shouldn't do play that can injure you.

Second of all I would severely question being with a grown person who's family interfeared or was nosey a lot.

He told me once "I am a submissive, I also submit to my parents."  He is 23 and has a job and can take care of himself he's working till he gets enough money to move out. His family isnt jsut run of the mill conservative. They think Jesus tells them to microwatch and control thier kids lives. They would probably disown him if they knew he was even having sex before marriage. let alone this disgusting and abnormal behavior.

Status: offline 		If the bleeding is slowing AND there's no pain then just watch it.  If anything out of the ordinary (pain, blood, swelling, discharge of any kind) happens, then for his safety you need to get him to a doctor.  Luckily urine is clean (assuming he's otherwise healthy) and most likely just scratched his urethra.  Hopefully this is a lesson though.

Status: offline 		He could have torn the bladder wall slightly, he could have damaged his prostate. It will likely lead to infection if it isn't treated, though.

Status: offline 		Awww... Poor little boy! I wanna give him a hug... Make him feel better! Thats gotta be scary... One question though... Is how did he know he was interested in the lifestyle? If his parents are so conservative, wouldn't they block any type of contact with such a world? He was probably sheltered tremendously more than any of us... So how did he know it exsisted?

Status: offline 		If I was a domme with a sub I certaintly would tell him how he could interact with them, with in certain respects., or I would in theory somethings are not worth fighting an uphill battle on and the stress. Like with my partners family I just learned to ignore what they do unless it directly affects me, cause they think careing for the person means you get to be nosey, and they think trying to control someone means you're showing how much you care for the person.
