i have a Dom friend that is career army and is there now. He is due back Feb or March. We stay in touch in emails and sometimes on messenger. He's on collame. As a matter of fact i told him about the site. We met on alt.

My dominant is in the army. Once I moved in he got deployment orders for Iraq... His fourth trip. :/

He's been gone 14 months... and is coming back VALENTINE'S DAY! Hehe.

We met in JROTC (yes, I was his subordinate).

And my dad was a Marine for a while... I would have enlisted but didn't qualify because of a past surgery. :(

And most of my friends are serving in some way.

I have 2 nephews - one in Afghanistan and one in Iraq.... The mother of the one in Afghanistan is a submissive girl, too...

And for those of you who are never in the chat rooms, there are quite a few of the soldiers who come in there ... some of them are on leave in the states, some of them are deployed (although obviously where they have access to the internet). Or so they say.... I don't know... but I do know they are sometimes terribly lonely not just because they are far from their families, but because they haven't anyone to talk to about wiitwd.

Air National Guard for the last 6 years. Have served in Iraq & Korea, and of course stateside .

i served in the Army as a radio tech 1988- 1992 and was stationed in Berlin during the first Gulf War. my Master was in the Navy, doing something similar -- and oddly was stationed near the base where i did my AIT. One of the many co-incidences i've found since i met Him 5 months ago. : )

i came from a family of vets. my maternal grandfather was a medic in WWII and came home with a Purple Heart. His son went Navy. On my dad's side, he and my uncle were Army, as was my grandfather and his father. Dad was a K9 MP, stationed in Korea during Vietnam.

greetings ladypact,

my master was in the navy for 30 years, and retired before we got together. he's done one tour in iraq working in security for the army, technically as a civilian, since then, and he's eager to go back, so i'm not sure how permanent that retirement was, LOL. i can't enlist due to my health problems, but i wanetd to serve in the military for a long time. my father served in the marines for four years and my grandfather served in the army air corps during wwii.

My two boys both were Vietnam era vets. For the one, ptsd is an issue from his days as a medic at Merrill Barracks. Between the two, I seem to have a keener sense of the service our vets have given in service to our country.

Now I have a service flag I received following mcBarker's death. I shall fly it with honor.
