T <--- does not play well with others it personally was a very hard lesson for me to learn. my advisor had to look at me one day and say, do you really think that potential employers or grad schools have the time to sit down and dissect every grade you ever had? just don't make it a habit. you can't possibly excel at everything, if you do you're not learning anything.
