While I value intelligence, my standards are so unusually high that I typically forego concern. If I were vanilla, I'd want a partner who was as bright as me, or it'd drive me nuts. M/s, though? My pet doesn't need to be on par with me. She's a pet, afterall; loyal, loving, and obidient are plenty. I do perfer pets who are at least gifted, though.

Just over 100 would mean that half the population were intelligent, half weren't, with no inbetween. I tend to use 120 (low gifted, I think?) as a cut off for politely referring to "intelligent" and 135-ish (more strongly gifted) for closer-to- egitimate references to "intelligent".

lol I know I don't know what the average is..so I just said 100 (changed the value to xxx ) confusing..I admit...I will change it http://www.iqcomparisonsite.com/NationalIQs.aspx (ps the website says the standard IQ based on the USA = 100) lol look look look who are on top :P

Yeah, I think 100 is dead center. (By definition.) And then you have deviations above or below it, depending on which way a person goes.
