There's another angle to this, which is that some people find it very difficult to voice emotions like love. Giving gifts, even money, can be a demonstration (for them) of the love they feel but can't express.

(Fortunately I have no such problem Cali, so no car from me - I'll tell you I love you as often as you like. And Aileen, and GT and lauren and ....)

(StormSlave - any chance for us if I could wheedle the Yugo off Cali for you?)

I suspect Cali would appreciate an upgrade on her car, and would be open to wheedling. And I'm last on your love list - and no presents either???

what I hate the most are Doms who try and bribe you and when you get tired of the BS and waiting....not because you are shallow and looking for nothing but goodies...but because they seem to be all talk and when you ask them to pay the pipper so to speak, they call you things like a gold-digger........

You offered so when I ask "Where are they?" don't try to say its me, when its you.

Where are all these Doms that want to buy presents and things?? I could so use a little spoiling like that. It is kinda hard to be taken shopping... for everyone else in their lives and nothing for you. :( At that point, just a little token gift, heck a candy bar, would've been nice! All those times telling him all I wanted was his time really backfired on me!!

That's nothing.

I used to spend thousands of dollars worth of time and materials just outfitting bondage and toy kits for girls I dated.

But I just did it-there was no point in bragging to someone I had never even met.
