A week later or so later still no offer of a pic from her. I told someone we were talking about meeting and they said "What does she look like?". I told them I didn't know. They said "You should ask for one pronto - there's a reason why she hasn't offered to send a picture". So I asked for a pic and found out why she hadn't offered to send a picture. Since then I offer lots of well lit, well focused and non-Photoshopped pics and I expect the same in return.

The phone thing - I can take or leave it. If they would like to chat on the phone (or on Skype) fine with me. I don't make it a requisite before meeting. Those pictures are a cast in stone hard limit.

I don't require hearing someone on the phone, but it is a different venue with certain perks. For one thing, people learn very fast that I'm every bit in real life as I appear in these rectangular boxes.

Now, if someone did want to talk on the phone, sure, I'd give them my number. Already done that here on CM, and it happened to be rather enjoyable. Skype is a viable alternative to giving out your number, for those who have privacy issues or who don't want the calling expense. Done Skype as well, also found it enjoyable.

I will ask someone if they wish to talk on the phone, on occasion, but I certainly wouldn't push it. Ya likes it or ya don't.
