My behaviour when it was poor was NOT tolerated and I was often spoken to or removed from play parties. The Young or Inexperienced (and by young I do not mean physical age I mean experience wise) should be spoken to.

If you are around and you want to help, TRY. Take the time and get to know them. Speak to them offer some suggestions and ask them questions. OPEN UP TO THEM! We should always try to leave someone better off not worse.

I know I know I want to save the world and teach everyone to sing in three part harmony, but this is not really the case. I just hate being judged by someone elses stupid behaviour and if I can help someone carry themselves better well I am willing to do that.

That is fine it isn't anyones responsibility however I know that I would not be where I am if someone somewhere didn't take me under thier wing and offer me some friendlt guidance.
