No black??? Ack! Safeword! Safeword!! )= Left to my own devices, i'd probably only wear black clothes. At one point in college i looked at my wardrobe and realized i only owned something like 25 T-shirts, and all but two of them were black. My wife likes to see me in reds and greens, so i do try to find and wear those when possible, but she hasn't gone so far as to put a moratorium on black (and the rest of my neutral/boring) clothes. quote:
ORIGINAL: thetammyjo On the other hand, to show how crazy I am, I find simple clothing to also be a signal of submissiveness to me. So no shoes, no socks, simple pull on pants, simple button-down or pull on shirt, no patterns, just basic colors and natural fabrics. i saw some pictures, years back, from a site putting itself forward as some kind of slave training academy, and they had a similar uniform... The slaves all wore the same off-white, unadorned, fairly shapeless cloth jumpsuit, same hairstyle, no jewelry, no footwear... they were often in bag-style hoods that matched the jumpsuits... It was very striking. If you look at clothing as a symbol of power, or even a source of sexual power a la fetishwear, it really confronts that.
