Skene's glands produce what comes out of the Skene's ducts. That is female ejaculate. Not urine, though if you start with a full bladder some may leak into the mix.

As for types of orgasm, I count somewhere between four and an infinite number of types. For me. Clitoral stimulation, fun and can be intense. G-spot plus clitoral stim tends to get me squirting, and yes, it can be seriously multiple orgasmic style. (I've been playfully accused of trying to wash off the lube.) Cervical stimulation once everything else is warmed up produces another type, and combinations produce reactions that feel like entirely different types of orgasm. And, finally, I don't need to be touched below the waist; occasionally, the right partner and play will produce nipple-based orgasm. (Hey, the brain runs all of it!) And I don't play anally, so there's another one lurking.

Now I do find that my vocalizations vary with different stimulation points. Clit gets me giggling and laughing, with shrieks for high points; cervical gets basso moans and grunts; G-spot squirts produces operatic screams; and with combos, I've gotten close to Cheyne-Stokes breathing!

I do not believe that the fluids I squirt are urine. I have tasted urine and tasted my own ejaculation and it is definitely not the same. I do know that if I have not emptied my bladder before I get involved in whatever activities lead to me squirting, I will pee too if I am not careful. When I squirt, it is a flood. I have been known to soak an entire bed, the carpet near the bed, and the person I am with. But I can get up right after and need to go to the restroom because my bladder is full. I've noticed though that the more I try to force myself to squirt, the more likely I am to pee as well. So I make sure not to force it and I let it happen as it will.

As for squirting itself, I can squirt from clitoral stimulation. I can squirt from intercourse (although that is a very recent addition). I always squirt from g-spot stimulation or fisting. I can squirt from anal play too, but it is not every time. I can squirt when I am masturbating or when I am with someone else. If I have already squirted and someone smacks their cock on my pussy, I will squirt more.

I wish I could describe the differences between different orgasms, but they are all incredible to me. Sometimes orgasms achieved by having my pussy eaten are so intense I can't take any more clitoral stimulation for a while afterwards. And I have also learned that squirting is not always accompanied by an orgasm, although many times it is.
