ORIGINAL: mtl1466 As we all know theres a few options we can take when updating/creating our profile. One of which is "expert" now what qualifies one to be an "expert"? I mean technically I'm an "expert" at political science since its my minor in school and know more so than the average person, and will have my degree to prove it, but theres no degree that comes with collars and watersports so my question is how do you know when youre an "expert" in a bdsm activity? Since Im young I hope to reach that status in multiple catergories by 35 Personally, I never put "expert" on anything in my profile (still waiting for word on it being put back up or not) list. There are some things available on the list I am trained professionally in, some things I've simply been practicing for years, but I'd not call myself an expert in any of them. I've entirely too much to learn still in all things, refinements that can be made in methods, etc. And honestly, when I see any list that has expert in more than a thing or three I'm immediately wary of that person. Some people have devoted real time and have mastered some areas of ability, but when there's basically one big ol' list of "expert" I wonder at it with an admittedly cynical mindset.
