If you're not using Firefox, IE, or presumably Netscape, the window flashes around the screen, the song blares, and you can't close out of the window either until it's done or until your force-quit.

Ok, I'm not sure that really follows. Many women dress VERY prevocatively when they go to bars and clubs. One might even say "like a hooker". It still isn't considered good manners to introduce yourself by saying "Hello, my name is Dick, would you like to watch me cum on my face?"

Hmm... but I bet if you handed out pamphlets at the door to the club that had semi-nekkid pics of yourself and a listing of all your preferred sexual kinks, you might get more than a couple of, um, Dicks approaching you ;) It just seems that the sexual context of places like collarme is somehow read by certain guys as being permission to be crude. I have no doubt its incredibly annoying.

This is very interesting and something I have had to think about. Am I doing something that warrants certain behavior? When I first started my profile and for a long time... I did not talk much about my kinks... did not have a picture that would suggest anything and didn't have my stories on my journal. I got lots of junk email... kink and fetish and socail retardation. I put up my stories with sexual content and non and had the same amount of stupid in my email. I did get more direct hits though and came to question whether I should have them there or not, in a few weak and tired moments. I decided to leave them there and continue to post them there. Trolls are trolls, addicts are addicts... one will get stupid stuff in email no matter what. I will just hold true to what I want to do and be accountable where I need to be and will consider the source, not dependent upon anything I might say, do, wear or write. Socail idiots don't need any help and I shouldn't be to blame for their idiocy.
