My 20-year-old daughter was recently diagnosed with HPV (Human Papiloma Virus) which is a pre-cancerous condition - and is sexually transmitted. Drummerpunk7 actually had the best idea in my opinion... There are plenty of ways to act out this fantasy in a safe sane manner....
