In a jar ok... if they are scared or what ever... be it a bug, or spider.. as long as it has air.. and is not harmed, and is released... but I am with Najakcharmer when this last came up that to harm an animal.. and bugs are animals as well.... is beyond wrong.

Personaly I love Large spiders. (Tarantulas) But I would never do anything to harm one.

A nice friendly pink toe tarantula or a cricket just dosen't seem to evoke that "tortured" responce a sadist would look for.  I have trouble imagining the cheap mascara running down tear stained cheeks over a cricket on her nipples or even in her snatch.  I think you'd have to poke someone in the eye with a cricket to get them to cry.  [8|]

  i'm petrified of spiders and had a dom use one on me once in the most cruel way...i'm not into sadists and wasn't into him much after that but my fear of spiders is about 10 times worse than what it was and is now a hard limit of mine.

When the show fear factor was on the air and running strong i did put some bugs and creepy crawlies into some bdsm exchanges .One was done by just having a few jars of things like meal worms ,crickets , and worms then a female subbie was bound , shown the items and though it was only my fingers  touching her  the blindfold  gave her other impressions .
Yet others were done taping and wrapping opened glass jars to the skin while bound and allowing them  to just crawl about .
In no way would i ever subject another with out  consent  on this type of activity , some who witnessed this were freaked out enough .If done to an unwilling person that could trigger some damaging  land mines .I have also used leaches with interesting results .

I've never tortured anyone dressed up in a bug costume-I'll have to add it to my likes and limits list as a maybe.

I hate bugs ... the plural bugs ... one bug ... isn't so bad ... but a whole army of them (any more than one is a whole army by the way) and I freak out!!

I've never used bugs in a scene but the idea is hot.  The closest I've come is, I did an interrogation scene recently with another Dom at a local club using two subs.  We "broke" one and she gave up the secret code we were to get out of her so we turned our attention to the second girl.  She toughed it out until we blindfolded her and brought out a mouse on a leash and let it run over her naked, tied up body.  she let out a shriek that could be heard a mile away and gave up the secret code!  :)

I don't think there's enough rope and chain in the world to keep my sub from kicking me in the nutts for for putting a bug anywhere on her body. She's allergic and terrified of any bug that stings/bites. Roaches are just nasty. A rolly polly would just tickle.

Though I do belive in the use of bugs in torture as punishment for various criminals, that's one sadistic limit I would not cross with a sub/massochist under my wing.

Though a devenomized spider/scorpion could be fun, I wouldn't want to loose it should the thing make a break for it. And it's still a very HARD LIMT with my sub just to have a spider/scorpian anywhere in the house.

Needless to say, the idea of "bug torutre" proves that I'm only 99.9% incharge of my current BDSM relationship with my wife.

The x used to scare me with bugs.  Insects make me nervous! Even butterflies and dragonflies are something I tend to dodge.  But he would make me hold one of those rolly bugs in the palm of my hand.  And sometimes would capture a bug and put it in a jar with a saran wrap covering over it with holes poked through, and would let it sit on my chest as he did other things to distract me.
Scary, nerve wracking, terror, and made me wet.

I've never seen bugs, though I saw a scene done once with a live mouse and an Elizabethan collar. That was interesting, though it seemed to piss off the lady in question more than terrify her.
