Oh, and another thing: If you're wearing the Devious brand, the heels will snap off when you least expect them. I always had to peel back the inside sole, remove the wimpy little screws that held the heels on, and put in industrial-strength wood screws. I also made block wedges for Cera to "practice" in - here she and I are on youtube (0:35 in are the wedge boots)

Personally I wouldn't do anything like that. If someone else enjoys it then so be it. I don't see it being safe regardless of whether or not people are around. But in my opinion that also falls under the same catagory of women having their vaginal lips stapled together with surgical staples or having their hands and nipples nailed to a table. By far not my cup of tea..
