Cali, Cali. you know I have nothing but lust for you in my heart. I was just joshing. Sheeesh (as you have been known to say) Lighten up ( also as you have been known to say). I like the "mon petite cochon" phrase because a French Canadian waiter I used to work with ( I cooked on the line) used to say that to other gay waiters ( not that there's anything wrong with it) and I used to get a big kick out of how they would melt and flutter their lashes at him when he did so. Thanks for the cool recipe. I love to roast a whole piggy. Looks around for Raechard WE used to do it all the time down in the Keys. Makes for a great party ! The Cubans are quite good at it, too.Drool

It's either "mon petit cochon" or "ma petite cochonne" - in French, to call someone a "cochon" means something akin to calling them "you dirty little thing". It has definite sexual connotations. As for the andouillette, you guys are sick perverts, but at least you're not into tripes . "Tripes frites" is a typically northern dish. Une ex-Lilloise.

Funny how easily we can be misunderstood speaking a language not native to us to a real native. Once, in a Mexican cafe, I ordered a glass of "jugo de la pina". When the waiter regained his composure after laughing his ass off, he kindly informed me that if I wanted pineapple juice, I should ask for "jugo de pina". The former means a glass of dick juice.
