Status: offline 		Impatience, intolerance, and noise-pollution.

Impatience. life's too short to rush through, but people do every day. Always in a hurry, always out of time. Nobody wants to just stop, and take a look around anymore. Perhaps the greatest tragedy is that we've turned our dreams to gold and silver, and thus spend our time chasing after it.

Intolerance. life is far too diverse to cling to a single opinion or way of doing things, and yet people try to. One says that "this is the way to do things" and so everyone else trys to agree for the sake of not being left out. Meanwhile, the rare difference from that horde is usually an instant pariah. Why? What gives anyone a monopoly on truth?

Noise-pollution, everything makes a sound, but must we continually add to it? Loud music, yelling, and stomping about... some of my best memories are hours spent listening to the heartbeat and breathing of my lover. I can also count a few times when slamming doors and people yelling would wake her beneath me, and the beautiful rhythm would be broken. The sound of cars and machines drowns out the beautiful song of birds, and the rustling of wind through the trees. Everyone wants to fill up the silence with small talk, and everyone has to play their music so loudly.

The world is a beautiful, diverse place. But nobody does anything in moderation. And so that beauty is sacrificed, the diversity is murdered, and the peace is forever being robbed from thsoe who pursue it.

People who demonstrate or add to those three things, regardless of the method... tend to annoy me pretty quickly.

Which may have a lot to do with why I'm seen as distant, anti-social and uncommunicative in person. Which probably pisses someone else off.

People who, when having a conversation, force you to dragggggggg stuff out of them in order to continue the conversation.  For example, today my little one is sick. She is at her father's house for a few hours, so I could come to work.  I call to check on her.  Here is part of the convo:

Me:  How is she doing?
Him:   She's fine. This is weird.

Me: What's weird?
Him: This.

Me: What is "THIS"? (okay, dipwad, this is a PHONE convo, I don't know what you're looking at, does she have multi-colored spots all over her or what???)
Him: My leg.

Me: What's weird about your leg? (other than the fact that I'm about to reach thru the phone and rip it off of you and beat you over the head with it)
Him: I can see it in the mirror.

Me:  Look, either tell me wtf is weird about your leg or I'm hanging up and I'm done with the conversation.
Him: Well the muscle is very defined.

Me:  So?????????? (Bang head, bang head, bang head)
Him: Well I haven't been working out, and in the mirror it looks very defined.

Me:  Why in god's name did you not say that TEN MINUTES AGO?????

And that was the SHORT version of the convo.  Just say whatever the heck you gotta say and stop making me draggggg it out of you.

I CANNOT STAND People who Honest to god believe they are just too Hot to Trot.

I like BBW and I think they are very pretty. But Arrogance and any body type just don't mix.

I tend to avoid profiles with any variant of the word "little" in the nick these days. It must be some sort of compansation thing. they all teand to be heavier than me-and I wiegh 230 pounds at six two. Wierd.

Status: offline 		OK: I haven't combed the entire thread so I am not supposing I am the ONLY one who really finds this somewhat irritating.
Getting perved, getting mail from, getting asked would you like to chat, by a lifetstyle to the core 'Master'. Well travelled, educated, likes the same music, likes the same films, appears patient, kind, attachs a face shot (fairly yum) and then gives you his mobile (cell) number.
Sends poetry by mail. Chats supportively after midfnight. Ahh such a nice responsible D type. Gives you his mobile phone but says he is having trouble with it because THE BACK IS LOOSE. So if I don't get through give it another try.
Misses me, really really wants me to call and hear my voice for the first time.
I call him today: yes absolutely wonderful voice also. In fact Mr Perfect wants me to pant, wants me to tell him how I feel, how  really really feel.
The phone call gets interrupted by my gas boiler engineer arriving to fix my boiler. Ok Ok this peeve is NOT about my gas boiler man. Mr Perfect says oh hon please come back on yahoo I only have five more minutes.
I say to boiler technician: the thermostat, I think it's the thermo stat excuse me one moment and go back to Mr Master Perfect on yahoo. He says i cannot give you 24/7. (Well that's also perfect as I have a life ok?) Then he says we can work it out. He says I have a vanilla partner!!!!!!!!Ahh yes yet another Mr perfect to whom I can be the perfect slave but he can't give me 24/7 because the back of his mobile phone sometimes falls loose.
I say: now I'm going to block you on collarme and erase you from my yahoo. He says he's devasteated and this is unbelieveable and he's on the floor.
But really how can I trust a man who is really subservient to the needs of his vanilla partner and who has a faulty mobile phone.....wtf?    I suppose the back of it falls off when he's with her?.......blocked, erased and back to talk to my heating engineer.
What a fuckwad (lovely term Greedytop thanks!). Not the heating engineer by the way: the Mr Perfect Master with a vanilla partner whom I would have fucked over without knowing had he not told me. (At least he was honest). But even more of a peeve: a fuckwad that thinks I am dumb enough to think that the reason I cannot contact him is because the back of his mobile phone is faulty. Derrrrrrrrrrr????

People who just have to throw my gender issues in my face. 'Freak!' 'Yeah I know, get over it!'

People who go out of their way to make life or a situation unpleasant for someone else.

People who make threats or promises. Why announce it? Just do it.

Txtspk and 'u' 'wot' etc - English is a proper language and those extra letters do make a difference.

Idiotic manufacturers that package their products so well you either need power tools or risk injury to get at the product.

Bus drivers who expect you to be short distance sprinters or mind readers. This includes the bus drivers who will pull up third in line right behind the second bus so you can't see the number or destination, open the doors, watch people rush towards the bus whilst the other two buses pull away, then the driver will close the doors and move forward the 50 yards or so to the bus stop so that everyone has to turn back and rush in the opposite direction.

Drivers who don't fully concentrate on their driving or the road.

People who see my kindness as an excuse to walk all over me and then who get upset when I start getting assertive. Kindness, compassion and understanding aren't synonymous with weakness.
