I know exactly how you're feeling. You're raving, you're mad, and even if everyday, all over the world, hearts are breaking like shards of china, you're not going to keep it in perspective because your pain is too important.

But I have to say I belong to the same school as Faramir. Even if you were a fellow female sub instead of a male dom, my advice would be this: Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and go on. Take your blows like men.

Here's some practical advice for passing time when it's most excruciating. Instead of trying to "forget" her, imagine her body softly wrapped around yours. Then envision disentangling her -- first arms, limbs, torso. Push her away, shove her against the wall, crush her, dismember her, step by step, until she is nothing but a pile of severed bodyparts. Do this several times a day. Just don't get it mixed up with reality.

Also, as demonstrated in the world's greatest religions, there's mystical powers in chanting. My favorite is: "It wasn't meant to be." Chant this softly whenever the memory of her becomes too overpowering. "It wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to be..."

May you find solace.

Severine
Very unusual response. Im not sure how to reply.
Is there any connection between your suggestion of dismembering her and your ID SeverineX? Just a thought.

Im always interested in hearing what other people have to say. Especially when its outside the normal and or anticipated responses. So, thank you for your colorfull input and Ill take it under advisement.

Sir I have to agree with some O/others here that even though forgetting her is out of the question it is time to focus on You Sir. Find out who You are today. Busy Yourself with a multitude of activities and hobbys that are good for You. Because in truth until you find real healing of true past loves You will never find it again.

It is like holding a key to and old house and you keep trying to open your new home with it. Until you can heal enough not to forget her but to simply let her go as you would in throwing that old key in your pocket of memories and pulling out the new one.

Can we please let this thread fade away. Each time it resurfaces people get the impression Im still hurt. Im fine. You were all very kind and offered some great support. One particular person "Faramir" got me laughing so much I forgot what the thread was actually about for a while.

So, please. Let this be the last post here so I can put some pride back in my sack. (That still cracks me up). . If anyone wishes to add anything, please send me a PM and Ill respond.

Thanks
TearCollector
