I was thinking tonight about what I would refuse to leave when I move to the UK (Whenever that will be), what I would store, what I would sell, what I would give away, and what I would toss.
Almost all the stuff on my walls would go (the rest would be stored). My music collection would go. Many of my books would go, the rest divided between storage and donation to hospice or such. CLothes: divide between take/store/donate. Furniture sold or given away. Most electronics sold or donated (the stuff I WOULD take: computer tower, coffee maker - it's a percolator, older than I am, that still works!! adapter time!). Other kitchen stuff donated. The hard part would be deciding which of the papers and assorted keepsakes I've collected over the years would be stored or trashed.
Needless to say, the cats come with me *grin* The fish... well, I'd have to find them a new home (although I'd miss Bruiser the betta)
*sigh* I guess I should get started on the selection process in the optimistic hope that I'll get a job offer sooner than later...
